NursePage - Wireless Nurse Call System

A wireless nurse call system utilising hand held or wall mounted wireless call transmitters. The call transmitters transmit the emergency call to a central control unit where the call is displayed on a desktop display terminal (PDT2000) and sent via a local area pocsag paging transmitter to pagers carried by nurses or attendants.

Each call transmitter is matched in the internal database to a description of up to 60 characters and each incoming message may be sent to either of the 2 pager cap codes registered in the system. NursePage also allows incoming calls to be logged to a printer. 

Low cost repeaters allow the coverage of the call transmiters to be extended over large areas.  Equipment alarm conditions may also be transmitted.
